Returns

ll returns must be approved prior to returning.

To start the return process please email boutique@weirdoville.com for approval and details. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only clean, unworn items will be accepted for returns within 30 days of the date item was delivered to you.

Returned items must be in their original condition, and all tags must be originally attached. Once your return is processed you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment, or gift card. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

We reserve the right to initiate a restocking fee if the number of returned items becomes excessive.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please ensure you have the correct address on your order as The Weirdo Boutique is not responsible for misdelivered orders. The Weirdo Boutique is not responsible for orders lost in transit.

 

SHIPPING DETAILS

Upon your purchase, you will receive an email at the address you provided confirming your order. After we have shipped your order, you will receive a second email with shipping information. We will ship depending on your choice of shipping at checkout.
