Return Policy

We want you to love your unique finds from The Weirdo Boutique! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@weirdoville.com for approval and detailed instructions. To ensure a smooth process, please obtain prior approval before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may experience delays in processing.

Conditions for Return:

  • All items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be clean, unworn, and in their original condition with all original tags still attached.

  • Once your approved return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed. You'll be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or gift card.

Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to initiate a restocking fee if the number of returned items becomes excessive.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you're shipping an item over $50, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are considered Final Sale and can't be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized artwork

  • Clearance or deeply discounted items (as marked)

  • Earrings (for pierced ears) due to hygiene reasons

  • Any other marked product

Exchanges

We want you to find the perfect, unique piece! If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a new item of equal value, please follow the return approval process by emailing contact@weirdoville.com. Exchanges are subject to item availability and must meet the same conditions as returns (clean, unworn, original condition with tags, returned within 30 days of delivery). Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item and the new item being sent out for the exchange.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Details:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. (Custom orders may take longer)

  • Upon your purchase, you'll receive an email confirmation of your order at the address you provided.

  • Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a second email with your shipping information and tracking number. We'll ship based on the service you choose at checkout.

Shipping Responsibility:

  • Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information is provided, The Weirdo Boutique can't be held responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout to avoid any delivery issues. If you encounter an issue with a lost or misdelivered package, please first contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. While we can't be held responsible for carrier errors, we're happy to assist you in troubleshooting if possible.
